<p><strong>Position Description</strong></p><p> We are seeking a <strong>Business Intelligence Developer</strong> to build and maintain SQL-based reporting solutions and Tableau dashboards that support logistics and operations. This role requires deep SQL expertise, dashboard development, and integration of multiple data systems into clear, reliable reporting outputs.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>4–5+ years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role.</li><li>Advanced SQL development skills (performance tuning, complex queries, joins).</li><li>Strong Tableau skills for dashboard design and reporting.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, and IBM DB2.</li><li>Familiarity with API integrations, Salesforce data, and logistics systems.</li><li>Strong communication skills to support technical and non-technical users.</li></ul>
