Technical Project Manager
<p>Overview:</p><p>We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the remodel and reconfiguration of a mission-critical Communications Center. This is a complex, multi-phase project involving numerous stakeholders and specialized infrastructure needs. The ideal candidate will bring a background in construction project management, with expertise in low-voltage systems, electrical planning, and fire suppression systems—comparable to work done in data center environments.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage all aspects of the floor remodel and physical reorganization of the Communications Center.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, engineers, and contractors to ensure timelines and specifications are met.</li><li>Oversee construction planning and execution, particularly for infrastructure elements including low-voltage wiring, power systems, and fire suppression.</li><li>Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple teams.</li><li>Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate progress clearly and proactively to all parties involved.</li><li>Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in construction project management.</li><li>Familiarity with mission-critical or technical environments (e.g., data centers, communications hubs).</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of low-voltage systems, electrical infrastructure, and fire suppression systems.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with competing timelines.</li><li>Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.</li><li>PMP certification a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
