Let's talk!!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Oversee and maintain Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory systems to ensure reliable performance and security.</li><li>Administer network infrastructure components, including firewalls, switches, and cybersecurity protocols, to safeguard organizational operations.</li><li>Provide ongoing support for virtualization technologies, particularly VMware ESXi, ensuring optimal resource utilization.</li><li>Design and deploy PowerShell automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency and streamline routine IT tasks.</li><li>Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, including hardware upgrades and system migrations.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions aligned with business objectives and project requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p>
