Let's talk!!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot complex network issues to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Design and implement networking hardware and services</li><li>Monitor network performance and address disruptions proactively</li><li>Maintain strong security protocols (firewalls, encryption, etc.)</li><li>Keep network documentation up to date</li><li>Communicate project updates and network status to stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges</li><li>Manage systems like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and servers</li><li>Configure and maintain routers, switches, and other devices</li><li>Optimize backup and disaster recovery strategies</li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.</p><p>• Proficiency in managing Windows and Mac systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), and configuration management.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and encryption.</p><p>• Familiarity with Cisco routers and backup technologies.</p><p>• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.</p><p>• Experience with Google Workspace and cloud platforms like Azure is a plus.</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p>
