We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Dallas, Texas. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a critical role in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining efficient logistics processes. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment while leveraging your expertise in logistics and distribution.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.<br>• Oversee compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company-specific policies.<br>• Supervise forklift operators and warehouse leads, ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.<br>• Manage the receipt, storage, and accurate inventory of products within the warehouse.<br>• Ensure timely and accurate loading of customer shipments, including the completion of all necessary documentation.<br>• Foster a positive and detail-oriented workplace culture, leading by example in daily activities.<br>• Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and address any maintenance issues promptly to ensure operational safety.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with electronic equipment such as e-scanners to minimize disruptions.<br>• Oversee the cycle counting process to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper data entry in inventory systems.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams and government officials to resolve customs-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the manufacturing industry.<br>• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures.<br>• Familiarity with customs processes and regulations is highly desirable.<br>• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, including providing guidance and addressing performance issues.<br>• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and electronic equipment such as e-scanners.<br>• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and partners.
