Hospitality Associate
We are looking for a Hospitality Associate to join our team on a Contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in catering or hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards for conference room setups and catering services.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and arrange conference rooms, including setting up audio/visual equipment, furniture configurations, and food and beverage services as per the daily schedule.<br>• Ensure conference rooms are cleaned and restored to their original state after use, returning items to vendors when necessary.<br>• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and catering areas to uphold a well-organized environment.<br>• Monitor and manage inventory levels of catering supplies to ensure availability.<br>• Collaborate with vendors to coordinate catering and hospitality needs efficiently.<br>• Prioritize tasks to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.<br>• Assist in ensuring property and equipment are in excellent condition and properly maintained.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.<br>• Follow established procedures to guarantee smooth operations within the hospitality function.
• At least one year of experience in office services, preferably in catering or hospitality.<br>• Strong ability to manage priorities and balance multiple projects and deadlines.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with conference room setups, including furniture configurations and audio/visual equipment.<br>• Experience working with vendors and managing catering-related tasks.<br>• Proven ability to maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces.<br>• Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.<br>• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
