We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will provide financial leadership during a pivotal stage of growth, overseeing critical accounting operations and supporting external audit processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with expertise in NetSuite and a strong background in audit to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and journal entries.<br>• Lead and coordinate the external audit process, acting as the primary liaison between auditors and internal teams.<br>• Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit documentation and follow-up actions within tight deadlines.<br>• Manage month-end close activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.<br>• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and other financial deliverables.<br>• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide insights into financial performance and identify potential risks.<br>• Support revenue recognition processes and maintain compliance with accounting standards.<br>• Identify opportunities to enhance manual and semi-manual accounting processes while driving efficiency.<br>• Strengthen internal controls and financial procedures as the organization scales its finance infrastructure.<br>• Maintain progress across various accounting projects, balancing audit requirements with ongoing operational tasks.

• Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Controller, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in leading or supporting external audits.<br>• Strong technical accounting skills, with the ability to apply guidance in practical scenarios.<br>• Deep, hands-on experience with NetSuite, including general ledger, reporting, and close processes.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly for data analysis and manual processes.<br>• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.<br>• Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
