<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><p>✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</p><p> ✔ 10+ years in Construction finance is a MUST</p><p> ✔ 5+ years as a Controller</p><p> ✔ Deep experience with WIP, job costing, job tracking</p><p> ✔ Large construction ERP experience</p><p> ✔ Proven leadership with direct reports</p><p> ✔ Ability to scale processes in a rapidly growing division</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Bonus:</strong> CPA, ERP conversions, systems integration experience</p>
