We are looking for a meticulous Branch/Retail Banking Clerk to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this Contract-to-Position role, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and performing essential banking tasks. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to daily branch operations while ensuring client satisfaction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process routine banking transactions such as cashing checks, issuing cashier’s checks, and handling deposits.<br>• Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to established procedures.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service to assist clients with their basic banking needs.<br>• Follow security protocols and maintain compliance with financial regulations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.<br>• Maintain organized records and documentation of daily transactions.<br>• Assist with branch operations and support the overall functionality of the banking environment.<br>• Monitor and manage cash levels to ensure availability for customer transactions.<br>• Uphold a meticulous demeanor while representing the bank to clients and the community.

• Previous experience in cash handling or retail banking is required.<br>• Familiarity with basic banking operations and procedures.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Knowledge of financial regulations and security protocols.<br>• Proficiency in managing cash and balancing transactions.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent education.
