<p>We are looking for a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our client's legal and compliance team in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various aspects of legal operations, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Draft, review, and oversee the management of commercial agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, BAAs, and vendor contracts.</p><p>• Enhance and maintain processes within the Contract Lifecycle Management systems.</p><p>• Provide support for entity management tasks, including board documentation and corporate governance.</p><p>• Assist in ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and preparing regulatory reports.</p><p>• Help oversee intellectual property portfolios, including drafting and managing related agreements.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external legal counsel to address various legal and compliance matters.</p><p>• Utilize AI-assisted legal tools and emerging technologies to streamline legal processes.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a corporate paralegal, ideally within the healthcare or life sciences sectors.</p><p>• Bachelor's degree along with a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.</p><p>• Solid understanding of tools and legal databases used in corporate legal operations.</p><p>• Interest in leveraging technology to enhance legal and compliance workflows.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a direct-hire role that offers a competitive base salary and benefits.
