Based in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, this role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about fostering online communities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and actively engage in Reddit communities to increase brand visibility and drive traffic, aligning efforts with AI-driven content trends.<br>• Develop and implement strategies to handle online comments effectively, transforming negative feedback into constructive dialogue.<br>• Build and strengthen brand presence on Reddit through proactive community engagement and strategic initiatives.<br>• Connect community discussions and activities to the company's value proposition and site content to enhance user experience.<br>• Create organic social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, ensuring alignment with brand goals.<br>• Adapt existing imagery and provide creative direction for Pinterest-specific content to optimize visual appeal.<br>• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure personalized and high-quality engagement across all social media channels.<br>• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve online presence.<br>• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continuously enhance community management efforts.

• Proven experience in managing Reddit communities and social media platforms.<br>• Strong expertise in community engagement and strategic social media management.<br>• Excellent skills in creating and repurposing social media content tailored for various platforms.<br>• Ability to develop and execute response strategies to address online comments constructively.<br>• Knowledge of AI-driven content trends and their application in social media strategy.<br>• Proficiency in analyzing engagement metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.<br>• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within online communities.<br>• Familiarity with Pinterest content optimization and visual storytelling.
