Senior Personal Injury Attorney
<p>A nationally recognized plaintiff’s law firm with decades of experience representing clients in high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases. Known for its aggressive litigation style and commitment to justice, the firm prepares every case for trial from day one, ensuring clients receive the strongest possible representation.</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced <strong>Personal Injury Attorney</strong> with <strong>7+ years of litigation and trial experience</strong> to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing personal injury cases from intake through trial, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and courtroom litigation. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about advocating for injured individuals.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution.</li><li>Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, and legal research.</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement demands.</li><li>Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses.</li><li>Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.</li><li>Collaborate with internal litigation teams and support staff.</li><li>Maintain high standards of client communication and service.</li></ul><p><br></p>
