The ideal candidate will be capable of managing personal injury cases from intake through trial, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and courtroom litigation. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about advocating for injured individuals.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution.</li><li>Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, and legal research.</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement demands.</li><li>Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses.</li><li>Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.</li><li>Collaborate with internal litigation teams and support staff.</li><li>Maintain high standards of client communication and service.</li></ul><p><br></p>
