We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee comprehensive accounting processes and financial reporting for multiple entities. Based in Corona Del Mar, California, this role requires someone with strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure compliance with tax regulations and support strategic financial decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to audits, payroll management, and the preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities:• Manage full-cycle accounting operations for multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and month- and year-end close processes.• Prepare detailed financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.• Oversee the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual sales tax returns.• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts while preparing adjusting journal entries as needed.• Assist in tax return preparation and compliance filings to meet regulatory requirements.• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support organizational strategy and decision-making.• Provide documentation and support for audits conducted by internal and external auditors.• Process payroll using Workday, including year-end W2 preparation.• Act as a backup for various accounting functions to ensure team efficiency.• Ensure adherence to tax laws, organizational policies, and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of five years of experience in accounting, including payroll and financial analysis. • CPA designation preferred or currently in progress. • Proficient in accounts payable, general ledger management, payroll processing, and financial statement preparation. • Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 and strong Office skills. • Ability to analyze, organize, and communicate complex accounting data effectively. • Strong background in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and EPS calculations. • Previous experience in managing annual financial reporting requirements.
