Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Cordova, Tennessee. In this seasonal contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing client communication, maintaining documentation, and handling scheduling tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong attention to detail to every interaction.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage communication with clients, including collecting necessary documentation and responding to inquiries with attention to detail.</p><p>• Organize and maintain client files to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy access.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks to verify and update client information with precision.</p><p>• Collaborate with tax preparers and administrative staff to streamline workflows and meet deadlines.</p><p>• Schedule client appointments and coordinate team calendars to optimize efficiency.</p><p>• Handle routine office tasks like scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining structured processes that support the team during busy periods.</p><p>• Ensure high-quality service delivery by proactively addressing administrative needs.</p><p>• Support the team’s efforts to meet service standards and seasonal requirements.</p>
<p>• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.</p><p>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.</p><p>• Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion and accuracy.</p><p>• Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office or Google Workspace</strong>, and adaptability to learn new systems.</p><p>• Dependable and punctual with the ability to work independently while adhering to established processes.</p><p>• Prior experience in an office setting, preferably in tax or financial services.</p><p>• Familiarity with common tax documents and knowledge of the tax preparation process.</p><p>• Experience with tax software or document management tools is a plus.</p>
