If not, for immediate consideration, please apply or call Warren Knight at 484-214-2624 Responsibilities:• Manage the cost accounting system to ensure correct allocation of materials, labor, and overhead.• Prepare detailed cost reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for management review.• Analyze variances between actual and standard costs, offering actionable recommendations to improve performance.• Monitor unit costs, profit margins, and overall profitability across departments and product lines.• Assist in developing annual budgets and rolling forecasts, while providing cost estimates for new projects and products.• Reconcile inventory accounts for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure accurate valuation.• Collaborate with production teams to track efficiency levels and minimize waste.• Support audit processes by preparing detailed cost schedules and adhering to compliance requirements.• Maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in standard cost accounting practices and cost analysis. • Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, including material, labor, and overhead. • Proven ability to analyze cost variances and develop actionable insights. • Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and production accounting. • Expertise in budgeting and forecasting processes. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and audit preparation.
