Help Desk Analyst
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Convent, Louisiana. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to provide technical support in both office and unique field environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on role, addressing technical challenges and assisting users with hardware, software, and network issues.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide prompt and detail-oriented technical support to resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, keyboards, and other peripherals.<br>• Handle password resets and troubleshoot user access problems with Active Directory.<br>• Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets while also assisting walk-in users at the service desk.<br>• Travel between office locations on a weekly basis to deliver support services; mileage reimbursement provided.<br>• Occasionally work aboard boats, requiring physical fitness to navigate small stairwells and confined spaces.<br>• Ensure proper configuration and deployment of computer hardware and software.<br>• Maintain and troubleshoot Apple devices, Mac computers, and Android systems.<br>• Utilize Cisco and Citrix technologies to address network and connectivity issues.<br>• Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing provided safety equipment such as boots, life jackets, and hard hats.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery across all sites.
• Proven experience in technical support roles, including hardware and software troubleshooting.<br>• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system or similar platforms.<br>• Ability to work in confined spaces and aboard boats; physical fitness is required.<br>• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and configuration management.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, Apple devices, Android systems, and Mac computers.<br>• Experience with Cisco and Citrix technologies.<br>• Willingness to travel weekly between office sites.<br>• Commitment to safety standards and protocols while working in diverse environments.
