The ideal candidate will excel in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling, ensuring accurate forecasting and seamless month-end processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial regulations.</p><p>• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation.</p><p>• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends.</p><p>• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.</p><p>• Create accurate forecasts based on historical data and market trends to guide business planning.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with organizational goals.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all financial activities.</p><p>• Provide recommendations to improve financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.</p><p>• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights to support organizational success.</p>

• Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare or social assistance industry.<br>• Expertise in month-end close processes, financial modeling, and reporting.<br>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.<br>• Proficiency in forecasting techniques and the development of financial models.<br>• Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.<br>• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights.<br>• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
