We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team in Rockingham, North Carolina. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts, ensuring that sourcing strategies align with organizational goals. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute to both corporate and executive-level recruitment initiatives. Responsibilities:• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members.• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational staffing needs.• Collaborate with department leaders to identify hiring priorities and align recruitment efforts accordingly.• Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking.• Manage executive recruiting to fill key leadership roles within the organization.• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.• Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.• Stay informed about industry trends to keep recruitment strategies competitive.• Train and mentor entry level recruiters to enhance team performance.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. • Proven expertise in corporate and executive-level recruitment. • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. • Familiarity with HR policies and compliance requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics. • Demonstrated success in building relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Experience in mentoring or managing recruitment teams.
