Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Concord, California. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth office operations and assist with administrative tasks that contribute to the success of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the construction industry and apply your organizational and multitasking skills. • Proven experience in administrative support roles within an office setting.<br>• Proficiency in data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and supplies.<br>• Excellent communication skills for customer follow-ups and team collaboration.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls and perform receptionist duties effectively.<br>• Familiarity with invoice processing and basic financial tasks.<br>• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative responsibilities.
