<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Retail & Sales Reconciliation</strong> to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of retail and sales transactions across service centers and warehouses. You will be responsible for auditing, reconciling, and resolving issues related to daily and monthly sales activities. </p><p><br></p><p>✅ Audit and reconcile store depository accounts daily and monthly, monitor variances, and enter adjustments as needed</p><p>✅ Investigate and resolve cash balancing issues, including missing payments, refunds, late deposits, and lockbox discrepancies</p><p>✅ Provide resolution support for invoicing issues</p><p>✅ Assist with month-end journal entries and ensure accurate reporting</p><p>✅ Address external customer inquiries related to credit card transactions</p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate’s Degree required</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>1–3 years of relevant experience required</li><li>Previous accounting experience preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Oracle and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>
