Property Administrator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of residential property management. This position requires excellent communication skills, administrative expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate property management activities, including tenant communication and support.<br>• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documenting work orders, and maintaining records.<br>• Respond to phone inquiries and emails promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication.<br>• Assist with the preparation and distribution of documentation related to property operations.<br>• Monitor and track property maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.<br>• Support the team with switchboard operations for handling phone lines efficiently.<br>• Maintain organized files and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.<br>• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address property-related concerns.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence and scheduling.<br>• Ensure punctuality and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or administrative roles.<br>• Strong proficiency in administrative tasks, including documentation and email correspondence.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Experience with residential property management is highly preferred.<br>• Familiarity with handling multi-line phone systems.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other office software.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
