<p>We are looking for a seasoned Programmer/Analyst with strong SQL and ETL development expertise to support critical financial applications. This role requires a blend of hands-on development and production support experience, with a focus on MS SQL Server and SSIS-based data integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·      Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.</p><p>·      Build, enhance, and optimize ETL workflows using SSIS for data integration and transformation.</p><p>·      Monitor and support production jobs; troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.</p><p>·      Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures for recurring issues.</p><p>·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.</p><p>·      Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.</p><p>·      Support incident management processes and maintain system stability in production environments.</p>

<p><strong>Core Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·      5+ years of experience in application development and production support.</p><p>·      Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, including T-SQL, performance tuning, and query optimization.</p><p>·      3+ years of hands-on experience with ETL development using SSIS.</p><p>·      Experience with C# (2+ years), VB.NET (1+ year), and Python (1+ year).</p><p>·      Experience with batch processing and scripting (e.g., Groovy).</p><p>·      Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based environments.</p><p>·      Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling principles.</p><p>·      Proven experience supporting production systems, including job monitoring and incident resolution.</p><p>·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p><p>·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·      Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control-M, Zena, or similar platforms.</p><p>·      Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub.</p><p>·      Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.</p><p>·      Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.</p><p>·      Background supporting financial systems or enterprise-level applications.</p>
