This role will lead development efforts across distributed teams and serve as a key contributor in designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Java-based development, modern front-end frameworks, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to guide teams and contribute to architectural decisions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead technical design and development efforts for complex systems and applications</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications</li><li>Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting and resolving software and system issues</li><li>Guide and mentor developers, including assisting with onboarding and skill development</li><li>Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and system architecture guidelines</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with emerging technology trends</li><li>Support deployment, integration, and maintenance of applications in cloud environments</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in Java development (Java 8 or higher)</li><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of full-stack development experience</li><li><strong>3+ years</strong> of experience with Angular and/or React</li><li><strong>3+ years</strong> of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot</li><li>Strong experience building and consuming <strong>RESTful APIs</strong>, working with <strong>JSON</strong>, and developing <strong>microservices architectures</strong></li><li>Solid experience with <strong>SQL</strong> and database-driven applications</li><li>Experience with <strong>file processing (inbound/outbound integrations)</strong></li><li><strong>2+ years</strong> of experience working with cloud platforms such as <strong>AWS, Azure, or GCP</strong></li><li>Experience with front-end technologies including <strong>TypeScript, React, AngularJS, and/or jQuery</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in a <strong>technical lead or team lead</strong> capacity</li><li>Experience working with distributed or offshore/onshore teams</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices</li></ul><p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies</li><li>Commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code</li></ul><p><br></p>
