In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing financial planning and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the organization's financial health. • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.<br>• Strong expertise in financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques.<br>• Familiarity with small business lending operations and related financial processes.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.<br>• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software.<br>• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
