FP& A Manager/Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced FP& A Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing financial planning and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the organization's financial health. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to apply their expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.<br>• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.<br>• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights.<br>• Oversee financial planning processes for small business lending operations.<br>• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reports and documentation.<br>• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.<br>• Support executive leadership with data-driven recommendations for business growth.<br>• Manage and mentor team members to strengthen the FP& A function.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.<br>• Strong expertise in financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques.<br>• Familiarity with small business lending operations and related financial processes.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.<br>• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software.<br>• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
