We are looking for a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing legal documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting the team with contract administration processes. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong background in corporate legal practices and a keen eye for detail.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Draft and review legal contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.<br>• Support compliance efforts by monitoring legal standards and addressing regulatory requirements.<br>• Manage contract administration processes, including documentation and tracking.<br>• Provide assistance in construction contracting tasks, offering expertise where required.<br>• Collaborate with legal teams to prepare for discovery, civil litigation, and trials.<br>• Utilize case management software to organize and maintain legal records.<br>• Conduct research on compliance risk factors and recommend appropriate actions.<br>• Assist in trial preparation by gathering and analyzing relevant data.<br>• Ensure the smooth execution of legal processes and maintain detailed documentation.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to address legal inquiries and issues effectively.

• Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in corporate legal settings.<br>• Familiarity with discovery processes and civil litigation procedures.<br>• Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management practices.<br>• Proficiency in case management software and legal documentation tools.<br>• Ability to draft and review contracts with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Experience in trial preparation and supporting litigation processes.<br>• Understanding of construction contracting is considered a strong advantage.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
