• Proven experience in commercial collections, preferably in a business-to-business environment. • Strong knowledge of credit and billing collection processes. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze accounts and develop effective collection strategies. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation. • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing collections. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Competence in using collection-related software and tools.
