Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for an organized and proactive individual with experience in commercial property management and lease administration. The role requires a commitment to ensuring smooth office operations and delivering excellent support to tenants and stakeholders.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle tenant inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and thorough responses.<br>• Prepare and distribute lease documents, ensuring proper signatures and filing upon completion.<br>• Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with involved parties to ensure timely submissions and actions.<br>• Maintain accurate records using tools such as Dropbox, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Office applications.<br>• Generate standard lease agreements and correspondence as needed.<br>• Coordinate with tenants and property management to address concerns and facilitate smooth operations.<br>• Organize office workflows to ensure efficiency and adherence to procedures.<br>• Provide administrative support to the property management team, including document preparation and scheduling.<br>• Ensure compliance with office policies and property management protocols.<br>• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within commercial property management.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and edit documents efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with Dropbox and Smartsheets for file management and task tracking.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with tenants and team members.<br>• Knowledge of lease administration processes, including preparation and management of lease agreements.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.<br>• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
