Test Center Administrator
We are looking for a meticulous Test Center Administrator to oversee daily operations in a well-maintained testing environment. This is a contract position based in Columbia, South Carolina, requiring strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining test integrity. The role involves interacting with candidates, monitoring test sessions, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Verify candidate identification and ensure adherence to test center protocols.<br>• Act as the first point of contact by managing reception duties and addressing inquiries.<br>• Conduct regular walkthroughs of the testing area to supervise and maintain a secure environment.<br>• Monitor candidates during exams to prevent breaches of testing rules.<br>• Document incidents and prepare detailed reports as needed.<br>• Ensure the testing area is clean, organized, and meets high standards.<br>• Provide administrative support, including clerical tasks and correspondence.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for scheduling and record-keeping.<br>• Maintain an appearance in compliance with the business casual dress code.<br>• Assist with billing functions and time tracking as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other tools.<br>• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking frequently within the testing area.<br>• Familiarity with billing and clerical functions.<br>• Demeanor that reflects a focus on detail and adherence to business casual dress standards.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills.
