<p>We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team in Columbia, Pennsylvania for a long term contract. If you have a strong background in accounts payable and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process invoices efficiently, ensuring they are accurately coded and entered into the system.</p><p>• Manage account coding and verify compliance with company policies and procedures.</p><p>• Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and oversee check runs for timely payments.</p><p>• Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.</p><p>• Utilize automated systems such as Medius for invoice processing and approvals.</p><p>• Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents to identify and correct errors.</p><p>• Maintain organized records of transactions and ensure proper documentation for audits.</p><p>• Assist in developing and implementing improvements to accounts payable workflows.</p><p>• Monitor accounts payable metrics to ensure deadlines are consistently met.</p><p><br></p><p>If interested, please send resume to Marcella @ marcella.pachuilo@roberthalf com</p>
