<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Finance</strong>, <strong>Accounting</strong>, <strong>Economics</strong>, or related field</li><li>2–5 years of relevant experience; <strong>real estate finance</strong> preferred</li><li>Strong <strong>analytical</strong>, <strong>communication</strong>, and <strong>interpersonal skills</strong></li><li>Proficiency in <strong>financial planning</strong>, <strong>forecasting</strong>, and <strong>modeling</strong></li><li>Ability to manage large <strong>data sets</strong> and deliver actionable insights</li></ul><p><br></p>
