The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company's strategic financial planning.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Oversee daily accounting activities, such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger management, to maintain accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and regulations.</li><li>Contribute to budget forecasting and long-term financial planning to support organizational objectives.</li><li>Manage year-end audit processes by providing necessary documentation and collaborating with external auditors.</li><li>Supervise accounting operations across multiple store locations, ensuring accurate and complete financial records.</li><li>Ensure a timely and accurate month-end closing process, identifying and resolving discrepancies.</li><li>Monitor and enhance internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting guidelines.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed account schedules and financial reports for management review.</li><li>Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve the company's financial performance.</li><li>Partner with teams such as operations and purchasing to improve financial reporting systems and streamline processes.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>• Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 5+ years' experience ideally with a company with multiple locations.</p><p>• Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.</p><p>•</p>
