Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Collierville, Tennessee. • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Strong skills in data entry and order processing.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.<br>• Ability to schedule appointments and manage time efficiently.<br>• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.<br>• Capable of maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
