<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Clinton, Maine. This is a contract position requiring onsite work Monday through Friday. The role involves managing high volumes of data and documents with precision, supporting organizational processes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. If you excel in multitasking and thrive in a structured environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately enter and update information into internal systems.</p><p>• Scan, organize, and upload legal documents and records to designated platforms, such as Salesforce.</p><p>• Assist with sorting and filtering data using tools like Microsoft Excel to maintain organized and accessible records.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete time-sensitive tasks efficiently.</p><p>• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.</p><p>• Adapt to shifting priorities and tasks, including scanning documents and handling administrative duties.</p><p>• Utilize organizational skills to manage large volumes of files and maintain orderly systems.</p><p>• Participate in onboarding processes, including system access setup and training sessions with supervisors.</p><p>• Support inventory reporting and other clerical tasks as needed.</p><p>• Adhere to workplace policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism in daily operations.</p>
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to sort, filter, and utilize pivot tables.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.<br>• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.<br>• Familiarity with data entry tools and platforms, including Salesforce.<br>• Effective organizational skills to manage files and records systematically.<br>• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.<br>• Reliability and a proactive approach to learning new processes and systems.<br>• All candidates are required to undergo necessary pre-employment screenings.
