Medical Scheduler
We are looking for a dedicated Medical Scheduler to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of scheduling services for our nursing team across multiple locations. This onsite role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing schedules efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate daily schedules for the nursing team across three locations, ensuring all assignments align with staffing needs.<br>• Verify and validate schedules, ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements and organizational guidelines.<br>• Track attendance and maintain accurate records to support operational efficiency.<br>• Utilize available resources and technology, including Outlook, to streamline scheduling tasks.<br>• Follow up promptly on scheduling conflicts or changes to maintain seamless operations.<br>• Ensure patient appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently, providing exceptional service.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address scheduling challenges and optimize workflow.<br>• Maintain professionalism and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to confirm appointments and resolve inquiries.<br>• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate documentation of hours worked.
• Proven experience in patient scheduling or similar roles, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.<br>• Proficiency in Outlook and related scheduling software.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex schedules.<br>• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff in a courteous manner.<br>• Proactive problem-solving abilities to address scheduling conflicts and challenges.<br>• Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP is preferred.<br>• Commitment to maintaining a detail-oriented appearance and demeanor in an onsite environment.
