Intake Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Intake Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting low-income families by facilitating their qualification for additional support services. This is a long-term contract position, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct client intake processes to gather necessary information and documentation.<br>• Assist families in completing applications for assistance programs.<br>• Utilize microfilm and content management systems (CMS) to manage and organize client records.<br>• Work in a production environment to ensure efficient processing of applications.<br>• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide guidance.<br>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with organizational policies.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.<br>• Monitor program eligibility requirements and assist clients in meeting necessary criteria.<br>• Provide support in managing and resolving any application-related issues.<br>• Ensure confidentiality and security of client information throughout the intake process.
• Previous experience in client intake or a related role.<br>• Familiarity with application processes for assistance programs.<br>• Proficiency in using microfilm and content management systems (CMS).<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Knowledge of program eligibility criteria for low-income families.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
