Looking for a technical, mechanical, or electrical savvy type Call Center Support Rep for our Health and Wellness client in the Clearwater, FL area on a fast moving Temp to Perm hiring situation. </p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This contract-to-permanent role focuses on delivering top-notch technical assistance to customers, drawing on your mechanical and electrical expertise to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced healthcare-related environment, demonstrating attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide prompt and accurate technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.</p><p>• Apply mechanical and electrical knowledge, including the use of diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, to identify and resolve equipment problems.</p><p>• Maintain a high standard of customer service by effectively managing challenging situations and ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to share insights and solutions, promoting effective communication and teamwork.</p><p>• Document technical procedures and solutions to support training and process improvement initiatives.</p><p>• Adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, continuously enhancing technical skills.</p><p>• Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment as required to support customer needs.</p><p>• Uphold a positive and detail-oriented attitude in all customer interactions and team collaborations.</p><p>• Demonstrate reliability and consistency in handling customer support tasks, ensuring efficient problem resolution.</p>
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.<br>• Positive and team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration.<br>• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including familiarity with diagnostic tools such as voltmeters.<br>• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.<br>• Proven ability to de-escalate tense situations and deliver exceptional service to customers.<br>• Experience in documenting technical procedures and creating training materials is preferred.<br>• Flexibility to embrace new challenges and adapt to changing processes.<br>• Prior experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment is highly desirable.
