Full Charge Bookkeeper
We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Clearwater, Florida. This role involves managing the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment and is skilled at working independently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the full-cycle management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.<br>• Process and record invoices, cash deposits, and payments from website orders.<br>• Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.<br>• Collaborate on payroll coordination and processing through a third-party service provider.<br>• Handle general banking tasks and provide support for financial operations as needed.<br>• Create detailed documentation of processes and workflows to facilitate a transition to outsourced accounting support.
• Extensive experience with QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory.<br>• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping.<br>• Proven ability to work independently, analyze details, and adapt quickly.<br>• Experience in managing accounting for multiple entities is preferred but not required.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to document processes for future handoffs.<br>• Must be available to work on-site in Clearwater, Florida.
