Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract to permanent basis in Clearwater, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support to our inside sales and manufacturing teams while ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills and a positive attitude to contribute to a safe and collaborative work environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide daily support to the inside sales and manufacturing teams by addressing operational needs and customer inquiries.</p><p>• Process credit orders efficiently and accurately as required.</p><p>• Manage proof of delivery documents, ensuring all records are properly maintained.</p><p>• Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering prompt and courteous service to customers.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Support order entry processes, ensuring timely and error-free completion.</p><p>• Maintain a detail-oriented and positive approach while resolving customer issues and concerns.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and organized workplace.</p><p>• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to assist the team and enhance workflow.</p>
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a call center or similar environment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and record management.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.<br>• Demonstrated ability to process orders and manage documentation accurately.<br>• Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality results.<br>• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed.<br>• Familiarity with order entry and proof of delivery processes is a plus.
