Executive Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in Clayton, Missouri. This is a contract position requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel at handling executive schedules, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled.<br>• Coordinate and arrange detailed travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br>• Organize and book travel arrangements promptly to accommodate business needs.<br>• Prepare agendas and materials for executive meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.<br>• Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, facilitating communication and follow-ups.<br>• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure business objectives are met.<br>• Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as needed.<br>• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve issues to maintain smooth operations.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to executive activities.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.<br>• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.<br>• Experience in booking and coordinating complex travel arrangements.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.<br>• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
