Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This opportunity offers a dynamic environment for individuals passionate about sales and client relations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and manage order entries while ensuring accurate tracking of shipments and inventory.<br>• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services within established client accounts.<br>• Negotiate contracts effectively and close sales to achieve and surpass revenue objectives.<br>• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.<br>• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to provide tailored solutions for clients.<br>• Attend team meetings, participate in training sessions, and contribute to company initiatives aimed at enhancing sales strategies.
• Proven experience in inside sales or related roles, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br>• Strong ability to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.<br>• Familiarity with retail buying practices and strategies.<br>• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.<br>• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and organized sales records.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues efficiently.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
