We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and offers an exciting opportunity to create impactful data visualizations and reports that drive decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in BI tools and a strong background in political science, criminal justice, or related fields.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for data analysis.<br>• Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable insights.<br>• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through thorough validation and testing.<br>• Optimize BI tools and systems for enhanced performance and usability.<br>• Provide technical support and training to end-users on BI solutions.<br>• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the field of business intelligence.<br>• Work within interdisciplinary teams to align data strategies with organizational goals.

• Proven experience in business intelligence development, with a focus on tools like Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.<br>• Strong knowledge of political science, criminal justice, or related disciplines.<br>• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights.<br>• Proficiency in data visualization techniques and tools.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication abilities to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
