<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior FP& A Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance expert who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering impactful insights.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.</p><p>• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning.</p><p>• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</p><p>• Prepare consolidated financial reports, including cost and asset allocation summaries.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes.</p><p>• Monitor and provide insights on key performance indicators to support business objectives.</p><p>• Manage financial consolidations to ensure compliance with accounting standards.</p><p>• Provide recommendations on asset allocation and overall financial strategy.</p><p>• Support executive decision-making with in-depth financial analysis and reporting.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to internal controls and best practices in financial management.</p>

• Extensive experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting.<br>• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.<br>• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.<br>• Knowledge of cost allocation and asset management strategies.<br>• Familiarity with financial consolidations and compliance requirements.<br>• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools.<br>• Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights effectively.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
