We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Associate to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow applications to manage contracts and ensure seamless operations within the platform. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while collaborating with a dynamic and skilled team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee contract management activities within the ServiceNow platform to ensure compliance with established guidelines.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and workflows.<br>• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow applications to support organizational objectives.<br>• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or enhancements.<br>• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and business strategies.<br>• Develop and maintain documentation of processes, policies, and system configurations.<br>• Train team members on effective use of ServiceNow tools and functionalities.<br>• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency.<br>• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align ServiceNow capabilities with business goals.<br>• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow applications in a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.<br>• Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.<br>• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the platform.<br>• Familiarity with system documentation and process optimization techniques.<br>• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members on ServiceNow functionalities.<br>• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining compliance standards.
