We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Chicago, Illinois. In this hybrid role, you will contribute to strategic talent acquisition efforts while working collaboratively with managers across various departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make an impact by identifying top-tier candidates and fostering strong working relationships. You will be expected to work three days per week in the office, with potential flexibility based on team needs.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for diverse roles.<br>• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, detail oriented networks, and referrals.<br>• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to meet immediate and future hiring needs.<br>• Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance talent acquisition efforts.<br>• Promote the organization's values and culture to prospective candidates.<br>• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement.<br>• Support managers across different teams by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.<br>• Leverage technology and applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.<br>• Regularly report recruitment metrics and progress to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.<br>• Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services, real estate, or consulting industries.<br>• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and experience using Workday is a plus.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.<br>• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.<br>• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
