Hospitality Associate
We are looking for a dedicated Hospitality Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will ensure seamless operations in conference room setups, catering services, and overall hospitality management. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Arrange conference rooms with appropriate furniture, audio/visual equipment, and refreshments based on daily schedules.<br>• Ensure conference rooms are cleaned and restored after use, including returning rented property to vendors as needed.<br>• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen and catering areas to uphold high standards.<br>• Monitor inventory levels of catering supplies and coordinate replenishments.<br>• Collaborate with vendors to facilitate catering needs and ensure timely delivery of services.<br>• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet multiple deadlines and handle various projects simultaneously.<br>• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to provide excellent customer service.<br>• Assist in managing configurations and setups for diverse events held in conference rooms.<br>• Support hiring processes and onboarding related to hospitality functions when required.
• At least one year of experience in office services, preferably within catering or hospitality fields.<br>• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with inventory management for catering supplies.<br>• Experience in collaborating with vendors and coordinating services.<br>• Knowledge of conference room setup, including configuration and equipment handling.<br>• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
