We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Hartford, Connecticut. In this role, you will support key administrative tasks related to loan documentation and processing. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in financial operations and a strong aptitude for data management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Upload and organize loan documents with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Perform data entry tasks to ensure loan information is correctly recorded in systems.<br>• Support loan administration processes and maintain compliance with company standards.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of loan servicing activities.<br>• Assist with mortgage processing tasks, including reviewing and verifying loan details.<br>• Handle loan origination and closing documentation as needed.<br>• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and organizational requirements.<br>• Maintain organized records and provide updates on loan servicing progress.<br>• Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan data or documentation.

• Previous experience in loan administration or financial office settings.<br>• Proficiency in mortgage processing, lending, or closing procedures.<br>• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with loan origination and servicing processes.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan documentation.
