Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chesapeake, Virginia. This opportunity offers the potential for long-term employment, and you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases.</p><p>.• Look up and ordering parts for HVAC related supplies</p><p>• Organize, file, and retrieve documents to support smooth office operations.</p><p>• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficiency.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to various teams, including preparing reports and correspondence.</p><p>• Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain inventory.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate task completion.</p><p>• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve minor issues to support daily operations.</p>
<p>• Self-motivated with little to no assistance</p><p>• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office.</p><p>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</p><p>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Detail-oriented approach and excellent customer service skills.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.</p><p>• Experience managing receptionist duties is a plus.</p><p>• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are advantageous.</p>
