Grants Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Grants Administrator to join our team in Cheney, Washington. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee the lifecycle of grant projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective budget management. This position requires a highly organized individual who can collaborate across teams to achieve project objectives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full lifecycle of grants, including pre-award activities, application processes, and post-award administration.<br>• Develop and submit compelling grant proposals to secure funding opportunities.<br>• Monitor budgets and ensure all grant expenditures align with funding guidelines and organizational policies.<br>• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the grant process.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project deliverables and timelines.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.<br>• Provide guidance and training to team members on grant-related processes and compliance requirements.<br>• Identify opportunities for new funding and establish relationships with potential donors and funding agencies.<br>• Analyze grant performance and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.<br>• Address challenges or discrepancies promptly to ensure successful execution of grant projects.
• Proven experience in grant administration, including pre-award and post-award processes.<br>• Strong ability to write and submit high-quality grant proposals.<br>• Expertise in budget management and financial analysis within grant-funded projects.<br>• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance requirements for grants at local, state, and federal levels.<br>• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.<br>• Familiarity with grant tracking systems and reporting tools.<br>• Certification in formal project management methodologies is preferred.
