<p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.</li><li>3+ years of progressive accounting experience; strong understanding of general ledger accounting and FP& A preferred.</li><li>Proficiency with NetSuite and Power BI; comfort working with intermediate Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).</li><li>Demonstrated experience supporting external audits and working with banking partners.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
