<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.</li><li>Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a plant, divisional, or corporate controller role within manufacturing; automotive industry experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Deep expertise in cost accounting, financial reporting, and inventory management.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.</li></ul>
